KVKK & Açık Rıza

The data controller (veri sorumlusu) is Konqura Teknoloji A.Ş., Ankara, Türkiye, reachable at tech@konqura.com.

We process your sign-in identifier and contact details, the media and inputs you submit, and generation/purchase records — to deliver the transformation you request, manage credits, verify purchases, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Processing relies on performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests in operating the service. Where we rely on your explicit consent (açık rıza) — for example certain optional processing — you may withdraw it at any time.

To generate results we use service providers (including our generation provider and cloud infrastructure). They process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information and correction, request deletion, and object to results of automated processing, among other rights under Article 11. Use the Data requests page or contact tech@konqura.com.

Where processing is based on açık rıza, you can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, by contacting us or using in-app controls.
