Use the email linked to your Rifto account. We'll verify ownership before acting — we never delete or export based on an unverified email.

Request type

From the app (fastest)

Open Rifto → Profile → Privacy. There you can delete your account, freeze it, or request an export. Deletion takes effect immediately and schedules irreversible removal.

By email

Prefer email? Write to tech@konqura.com from the address linked to your account and tell us whether you want deletion or export. We never ask for your password.

What to expect

We confirm your request and complete it within 30 days. Deletion anonymizes or removes your personal data; we retain only what the law requires. Export delivers your data through a secure, short-lived link.
